Went to Yew Kiong's house today with Yan An and Ming Xuan

and the only reason was because I left my O Level cert at his house yesterday... bleh!

I'm shutting down my blog...

I guess it's due to the commitment of it more than anything...

and mostly because I can't stand my blog being so dead...

and when I start my studies again I don't think I would have the time to update it like I used to....

I used to enjoy blogging...

blabbering about random daily life...

an online photo album...

and most importantly...

a place where I can express my thoughts and just have fun about it...

a place where I can vent my anger...

a place where I can laugh and make fun of things that I can't do in real life due to various reasons...

but now it just seems like a chore to me...

a job with a strict contract and little freedom...

I guess you could say that I fear commitment...

and blogging has become like a ball and chain...

in the end...

I just procrastinate to update it all together...

It's really sad...

I've had such a connection with this blog...

it has kinda become like a child to me...

and to leave something that you have somehow become bonded to is hard...

It's like a part of me is ripped out and the pieces un-mendable...

Diana and I went to the toilet during remedial and then I started to tell her about silent hill cause the corridor was like a scene from silent hill...

and then we reached the toilet... and We freaked and ran away...

here's why: the outside of the toilet was really dark but then there was this orangy glow from the door... but there wasn't any lights near the toilet and the toilet lights wasn't on...

where was the orangy light coming from?

It was like the door was glowing...

I have never ran away from an inanimate object before... till now...

but here's the REALLY freaky part... I later asked Diana about the orangy light...

The third maddening buzz of my alarm clock woke me up as I groggily slid out of bed. It was the start of another routine morning, or so I thought. Somehow, the daily ablutions seemed longer than usual, causing me to run late.

I had a perfect punctuality record, and I was determined not to lose it. I ran till my legs were numb and to my dismay, just as I was about to reach my destination, school, and before I could attempt to cross the road, the flashing green man turned red. I do not know what came over me at that moment but with wild abandon, I dashed across the road anyway. But what I did not noticed was a truck speeding towards me. The driver swerved to avoid me and caused a series of horrendous events. The truck hit a bus on the next lane, which in turn overturned.

Unfortunately, I was not spared from that horrible carnage. The hood of the truck came loose and crushed the lower half of my body with monstrous force. Disappointment, disbelief and fear filled my mind as I laid on my side, sandwiched between the cold, hard gravel and the hot, slick metal of the car. All I could feel was the car hood's mass stamping my body. My lungs felt pinched shut and air would neither enter nor escape them. My mind was buzzing. What had just happened?

I opened my eyes to see the black road in the distance above me. I could feel the cold ground on the side of my body. I couldn't move and couldn't understand why. It had happened so quickly. I lay there until my mind comprehended what had happened. I was wedged between the hood of the car and the dirt. The car rustled, every movement of the car pierced my body. I opened my mouth to yell for help but it failed to escape my lips. Gasping like a fish out of water, I dreamily laid there until someone would help.

I can vividly remember the blaring sirens from the ambulance and police cars, the chattering from the crowd, all which added on to my confusion and fright. It was all too much for me to handle and I soon loss consciousness.

I awoke the next day, still groggy from the anesthesia. I had just gotten under surgery and had a plate screwed to my hipbone to help it stay together while it healed. I looked at the newspaper that was placed beside me, as if it was mocking my rashness and foolishness. On the front cover read, “26 Killed, 14 Seriously Injured”. It was the accident that I was involved in the previous day and I was one of the lucky ones. I repeatedly blamed myself, for an accident that was seemingly caused by me, ended up killing so many innocent people, while all I got was a few broken bones.
